    2001 SAN wont start

I made a post a few days again about this but issues are different and no replies in the other for a few days.

    Boat will crank, not start.

so far, I have replaced a battery (one tested bad)(27DC from autzone) seems like it should be fine.. It is a deep cycle but has 840 MCA.
Also had to replace the negative battery terminal on it because overtightened and cracked the old one. Spark plugs (were just old so needed to replace anyway)

I also replaced the low pressure pump (no fuel in fcc) and fcc fuel filter. I now have 36 PSI on the fuel rail. Thought this was the issue. Apparently not. Is it safe to assume it's not fuel related because I have 36 psi on rail?

Already have the two relays on order even though they appear to functioning properly.

one odd thing is it started fine twice in the garage about a week ago but when brought to water would not start even after bringing it back out of water. Since then I have not been able to start it.

I have tested ignition with a inline tester but honestly I don't know what it's supposed to look like. However it does light up and seems to be functioning.

Any ideas on what I should looking for?

    Update.
just watched some videos and spark is as strong and consistent as you would expect.

If you have spark, I guess it miss the fuel to fired up the engine

I have 36 psi at the rail and the injectors are getting 12.6 volts with ignition on and all of injectors have 15 ohm resistance. I don't think it's fuel but I don't know for sure if the injectors are firing.

Fuel injectors will shut off if the driver ejected safety switch is pulled. Take it off and press the switch a few times or by pass it. Is compression over 100 on all cylinders? Your elevation should get about 160. Less 100 engine is due for rebuild and won't likely start. Assuming you have a GT40 based on age.

Thank you for the reply. It actually ended up being a loose connection on the ignition coil. It was still somewhat connected and produced some spark. My guess was it wasn't producing enough. I found it by going through the gt 40 engine manual and testing voltage at the computer plug in. Visually it looked fine that it why it took so long to find.
