This is my first post. My new to me 2015 g23 just had this warning. dtc 1156 closed loop gasoline backflow. SPN 4236 FMI 1. Any help would be appreciated!

Rich bank 2 if you go by OBD trouble codes. O2 sensor mis-reporting or to much fuel for some reason. Does Nautique use evaporative emissions on a 2015? Also, when did direct injection become the norm for Nautique? Direct injection fuel injectors have a tendency to leak more so the non-direct injected engines. I think due to higher pressures involved.
The code description makes me think of a faulty purge solenoid, but it's probably something else. How does it run? Check oil for correct level and see if smells excessively like fuel. If equipped, a leaky high pressure fuel pump should be considered.
You need software to be able to see what the computer "sees".
