2014 g25 broken prop shaft

My 2014 g25s prop shaft Sheared off this weekend I’ve read the had recalls on it but I’m out of warranty being a 2014 with 400 hours. Anyone know the cost of replacing one or if i would get lucky and get it covered ? Is it a job i could do if I’m mechanically inclined

Lots of these have been covered regardless of warranty for both labor and parts. And many outside of warranty have been covered for parts, and owner just paying labor. The prior owner of my old boat paid for 4 hours labor and parts were covered.
