Factory Stereo Amp ????

I have an 05 216 that came with 2 factory amps. 1 amp is 2 channel that goes to the tower speakers. The right speaker is barely putting out any sound. What setting on a multimeter would I use to check if its the speaker or a bad channel in the amp?
