Do your ballast pumps still turn on from your original keypad and it's just the level thats not reading on the new screen?

So, it had a LINC 1 and you replaced it with a LINC 2?

I haven't heard of that replacement before. Who sold you that? I would suggest contacting the dealer and having them help troubleshoot.

dav12321 is that where you got it? If so, just contact NP support. They'll get you all set up properly.
