Interested in this too, I found the 25 foot extension harness on Ebay, hoping to sort of piece it together.

I have the 25' extension harness too if anyone needs it.

I have someone that is building a Gateway off an ECU from my 2008 that I sent him... I'll post up here when I finally get it. I will be running a Simrad display which will control stereo and lighting, and should have back up gauges as well... It will probably be another month or two...Last edited by shag; 02-08-2022, 05:05 PM.

same boat literally, been waiting and watching for a year for parts to be available. Turned everything on last week and only one gauge worked. Nautique says maybe May, and before that it was February, but I've been watching for months and with supply chain issues, who knows. Don't really like to boat with no tach, temp, oil pressure.
searching online I ran across skiboatspartsonline.com that offer a TRD Medallion Conversion kit. I just called and they may be available, I just need to confirm I have a 12 pin under dash and send a picture to them and he will confirm. Backlog is 3-5 days to build and send out!!!! via FedEx. Whattttttt! Yea you heard me.
let you know more as I find out. Looks plug and play, they offer two versions. A little more expensive, but peace of mind is worth know that gauges are working.

Friday a week ago I talked to Ron Tantis (TRD) and he explained what I should have behind my dash. I pulled it off and located the 12pin connector that he needed to wire a complete new analog system over the weekend. I called on Monday and sent him pictures and then I added special notes when I ordered.
I needed 12 accessory positive and ground, 12v and ignition and ground for perfect pass, wires for v-drive light, wires for check engine light, wires for remote radio back lighting. Ordered and was made on Monday and shipped by Wednesday, Delivery on Friday but FedEx went to wrong house. Delivered to wrong house again on Saturday, but luckily they directed him to the correct house. This is what I got.
30 minutes to remove dash from boat, 30 minutes to remove all the old gauges, 30 to install new gauges, and 1 hour to reinstall and secure wiring under dash pod.
Ran on trailer yesterday, pulled down gravel driveway with tractor to verify GPS, and in the water test today.
Summary, with-in 1 week I talked to manufacturer, ordered, received, installed and tested. very pleased. Yes I would do it again. The RPM increments are 200, and the MPH increments are 2 MPH which on the trailer I thought I would not like, but then realized I cruze about 3000RPM where it feels good and it followed PP MPH in the midrange. Difference of 1.5-2 MPH at WOT, ....who cares....well I don't anymore!
PM me if you want more details. I spent more time on computer researching and worrying than I did with the install. Check out the TRD website and call and talk to Ron.

Wow, so really just sort of plug and play? I've watched Ron Tanis videos on youtube. Thanks for posting this, looks like the direction to go.
