Very cool! And looks better than what they had from Nautique to upgrade to.

I believe it started in 2003-4, and went through 2009. I have a 2008 and can't get a new gateway.

I have a 2005 SV211 that I bought at the end of last season with a bad fuel gauge thinking it was an easy fix. I replaced the sender, nope, rebuilt the gauge adding a new stepper motor, nope, wired in an analog Faria fuel gauge and it fixed the fuel guage. Everything worked for about 15 minutes of running and then the temp gauge, tach, and speedo all went south. I’m thinking water in the Gateway. I am planning to buy a kit to go analog. I am going to get the TRD one since I hate them way Faria uses posts and nuts instead of plugs. I don’t really care about the not having the air temp (it’s inaccurate anyway), water temp (I’m at Lake Tahoe it’s cold), or the depth ( I’m at Lake Tahoe it’s clear). I’m glad to hear it is an easy conversion. Pretty amazing to me that neither Correct Craft or Faria offer any support for this idiotic system they put in these boats.
When you installed the conversion were you able to remove the gateway box and the speedo tubes?

I cut and plugged the speedometer tubes outside the boat and plugged again at the gateway. I left the gateway in hoping I could still use the Tach digital readout to see actual engine hours. New gauges will start at zero.

I just ordered the TRD conversion kit for my 2005 SV211. I’m not concerned about losing air/water temp or depth. If you get a check engine light how do you see what is going wrong? Is there an OBD port somewhere on these boats to check engine codes?

I just did the same conversion on my 2005 SV211. I went with the TRD gauges in black (I didn’t want to pay extra for Faria with their Mickey Mouse pole connectors) I was able to do it without removing the steering wheel. My only criticism is that you have to splice in wires for perfect pass and for backlighting on the Clarion stereo remote, it would have been easy for them to have those wires included in the harness. If that was the case I would have been able to do the replacement in under an hour with the wheel on.
I had the classic water leaking into the Gateway box from the speedo tubes. My first issue was the fuel gauge. I replaced it with an analog gauge. Shortly after I lost my tach, speedo, oil pressure and temp. For some reason the voltmeter continued to work. After installing the new gauge conversion I disconnected the plugs going into the gateway and water started to drip out. I removed the gateway box and opened it up to find about a cup of water and quite a bit of corrosion.
