Any suggestions to make this easier next time? Thanks for the advice, especially regarding the rudder.

This is the only reason why, because its quicker,cleaner, and eaiser now. Guess thats 3 reasons.
Only pic I have of fitting at the stern. It is right between the exhaust and the black plastic thingy under the platform.
