Prop has a slight vibration – recommendation?

A prop I tried last summer that came with the boat, had a slight vibration to it. I changed props and did not use it any longer. But I’d like to get it out and corrected as a second prop in case I need a spare this season :-)

I think I need a rebalance shop? But never used one and I’m not sure what to expect on the price or what type of service I need.

So if anyone has a shop they recommend that’s fair to use please let me know.

I can't help you with a local shop, but I've used PropMD in the Minneapolis area. I've been happy with them--they're worth a call.

If you have a local marine repair shop or Nautique dealer, they should be able to guide you to someone.

Ditto for PropMD. I have used them a couple of times and have had a friend use them, too. One of those times, I had a vibration without any visible damage - they put it on their pitch block and found one blade off by a fraction of an inch. It was an easy repair for them with no welding or grinding, and (fortunately, I guess) he still recognized me from a prior repair and only charged me half price...
