Once that's done, you go into the dealer settings and pick the new sensors.

    Charles,
Emailed new Nautique dealer ( my original dealer no longer sells Nautique) and they say I need to bring the boat in. I agree with you, seems like an easy fix and because the new dealer is so far away, I'm definitely leaning towards your suggestion,

    VAMDE,
Not sure how to manually fill but in my '18 SAN 230, I disconnected the stbd sensor plug at the tank and I'm now able to fill without issue. Not sure why. Weird thing is shortly after disconnecting the stbd plug, my port sensor failed. Disconnected that plug too and whatya know, it works fine, sort of, they both cutoff shortly before full and panoray says 100%. Coincidence? Dunno. Good thing, we can surf! That is certainly not something you want to do in a brand new $$$ boat! And, where's the quality control? How does this slip through? Must be covid! Hopefully your dealer can find the bug!

    So here's a question:
How many new Nautique buyers having little PITA issues like you? That's the reason I came from another brand to Nautique. Thinking of moving to the S23 but not if I have to run 3+ hours to dealer for "gremlins!" I guess I'll standby with my 2018. Not a bad problem to have.

Good luck to ya! The G looks great!

rjlewisii we just purchased a 2021 G25 last year and have had great luck (knock on wood). I believe some of these little gremlins are due to supply constraints and pushing these boats out before they should be. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a new boat because of some issues others are experiencing. You're only going to hear the stories when there have been issues so keep in mind there are tons of people out there who haven't had to deal with much or anything.

For what it’s worth the boat is great. We are having a great time. Really the only issue is the depth/ and this ballast problem. It is a HUGE PITA after surfing to have to fiddle around for sometimes 10 -15 min to get it to drain. Seems like a pretty common issue too.

If anyone has any tips on how to more quickly get past the circuit fault/reset, circuit fault/reset cycle I’m all ears. Pinged my dealer again.

I am receiving a circuit fault on my starboard ballast every time on my new 2022 GS22. I have found a workaround that has worked every time so far once I clear the fault. Once fault is cleared, I then hit the Stop button once to shut off the engine. I then go to the ballast screen to select manual fill to whatever % I want. The pump starts successfully. Once started, I then hit start on the keypad to start the engine back up.

I do the same steps once I go to drain the ballast. I'll get the circuit fault when I select drain all. I reset the fault, turn the engine off, go to manual drain and it works. Very odd. I sent that to my dealer and they were able to identify the issue and an new part for the computer system is on order.

Me again, bumping this thread to the top... Seems like whatever they dealer did on the last attempt worked... I sent a screen shot to the circuit fault readings along the way, and that helped pinpoint it... so far (knock on wood) no issues with drain/fill.

I do have a new issue though... map and speedo stopped working... reset the breakers on the battery, restarted linc screen a few times, and then finally removed the cushion back to access the wiring at the GPS puck and unplug and replug that in... after some glitching, seems to be working. Anyone else experience this? The boat had been idle for a long time (5 weeks or so).... seems odd.
