How did you remove the seadeck without damage and put back down?

Sea dek was going on for first time. I removed the petrified gray factory non skid. Heat gun/ nylon pry tools and tons of acetone + scrubbing.

oh yea, pictures are in the wrong order. I mounted the ladder then the SeaDek. Now I also know what elevator bolts are too, cool beans.

I use button-head machine screws in stainless steel. Add s/s nylon insert lock nuts and washers. Good to go.
