    Both bilge pumps not working

I have 2003 SANTE, took the cover off and noticed water in the bilge. I have a trickle charger on it all winter. both pumps are not working. replaced one pump, still not working. I push the circuit breaker and nothing happens. everything else is working fine. not sure now to trouble shoot this.

Also, nothing appears different on the breaker box - what good is this thing? are there fuses in it.

It's time to get the volt meter out and start testing. See if you have 12VDC on both sides of the breaker. Start tracing it down.

You might already know this, but there's usually two ways to wire the bilge pumps. One way you can turn it on to run, the other only checks for water by turning its self on for a second or so every few minutes... its easy to miss it turn on. I'd check the new pump to verify its wired the way you want it.
