Ladder install question

I know there are a few ladder threads but nothing addressed a ladder install on a newer G. I had a ladder installed by the dealer and one side broke away from the platform last weekend. I don't have time to take it back to the dealer to repair it so wanted to see if anyone had any tips or suggestions on trying to re-install it. I'm not too confident with it staying by just moving the 6 screws the dealer originally used... 2020 G23 with the 3 step telescoping ladder.
Is there a suggested weight limit on these things? I weigh 180 so i dont think im the problem. Thanks in advance.
