I pulled a heavy towable and the gap around the pylon in the sleeve isn't equal on all sides anymore and the pylon won't come up. (side friction in the sleeve, I assume). It is very difficult, but I am able to turn the pylon so I know that it's 'unlocked'. the case is really easy to get access to through the motor cover, but I can't find any videos on losening or servicing the retractable pylon. any tips? Thanks.
