No throttle response after ECU replaced 08â 230

Had new ECU replaced due to lightning surge, dealer stated all was well.
I have not used boat since (had new audio and lighting installed as well). Put the boat in the water and no throttle shifts into forward and reverse fine.
also - key pad works to enter code and start, but then will not shut off with stop or code..
Ugh. Havent got to use the boat for 8 months Bummed.

There's really no way anyone here is going to be able to diagnose this problem without working on the boat with diagnostic equipment. Lightning does all kinds of bad things and there are a huge number of possibilities here.
