I have a 2020 G23 and about 270 hours on it, and noticed my tower swivel tow point grinds pretty noticeably when pulling a heavier person or tube, that is swinging from side to side. Dealer originally thought they could lubricate it, but it doesn't seem to help if they did try. It appears you can't get into it without disassembly which I am fine doing if I knew what my next step would be. Curious if anyone has had this issue and what they did to solve it. Thanks in advance.

WakeBuilder - we had a similar issue on our 2020 G21, the swivel tow point was grinding and also leaking some grease. The dealer replaced it under warranty, I don't believe that it's easily user-serviceable.
Ps - nice to see a 2020 with some real hours on it! I'm always amazed when I see all these 3 - 5 year boats with 50 or 60 hours...
