I have an 04 SAN 210. End of last season, my port ballast wouldn't drain. Now it won't fill. Last week, my starboard quit filling. I replaced 2 fill pumps and 1 drain and it's still not working. I hooked the old pumps up to a 9 volt battery and they actually still work. I have 11.86 volts on the wires that are feeding the pumps. I was going to buy a new keypad and was researching and found out there's relays. What I can't find is relay locations. Can anyone please tell me where these are located on this boat? Thanks

Did you find a solution to your ballast problem? I have to same issue. Replaced my port fill, port drain, Starboard fill because the connector had power but the new pumps still won't turn on (pumps will work if attached to Starboard drain).

I started a thread about something similar that started on the port side of my boat this weekend. The pumps wont work, and the keypad button for Port won't light up for fill or drain.
Are the buttons on your keypads lighting up even thought they are not working?

Yes buttons light up as expected. All four pump harness connections (port/starboard, fill/empty) show the same voltage when activated/button pushed. Still only starboard drain turns on. I bypassed the harness on port drain with no luck. I'm confused that when I press hold the button, power is provided to the harness but will not activate the attached pump. There is nothing between the harness and pump to interfere with the signal.Last edited by Jojobaido; 07-18-2022, 06:39 AM.

I've read about run-dry modules on newer version Nautiques. Would my 03 SANTE have a run dry? If so, would the modules failure casuse this problem? Three pumps work belly F&D starboard D. Three will not, port F&D starboard F. The three pumps that do not work all have power upon request.

From my understanding there is no run-dry. The keypad has a built in timer to shut them off after the preset time. i think those times changed from year to year also, so different keypads have different times.

Tying up my ballast issue.-
Recap- belly fill and drain ballast pumps work along w starboard drain. Starboard fill along with port fill and drain did not. The harnesses for the three non-working pumps showed voltage when activated.
Possibly common knowledge, but I found out just because my pump harness was receiving/registering power doesn't mean the circuit is complete. I had a bad ground. To fix it, I assumed the TE wiring was the same (post breaker box/fuse block) as the SE schematic scootermcgavin provided above. With belly and starboard drain working, starboard fill was first in line to fail. I added a ground from starboard drain to starboard fill. All three pumps started working.
