Advice for removing seized large nut on steering cable? 2007 SV211

I'm having a **** of a time getting the large nut broke loose. I finally got movement and the whole steering cable sheath moved. Sprayed down with PB blaster and hammered it a bit but no luck. Reluctant to use heat considering the location. Thinking about dremeling it out but want to avoid that if possible. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance!

Soak with 50/50 solution of acetone and ATF. Much more effective than PB. May take 2-3 days. Protect from drips. Try impact wrench.

I believe I sucks mine with PB, cover the body of the tube with a towel and clamp vice grips on it and then just work the nut back-and-forth with a large crescent wrench
