GoPro Hero 10 connection to Link

From searching past posts, I read that the newest GoPro that actually connects to the Link system is Hero 7? Has anyone had any luck connecting a newer one? I have a Hero 10 I'd like to connect. It seems that the connection protocol was changed by GoPro.

Has there been an update from Nautique? I would think that they should have an update for their systems in order for them to connect to the newer cameras.

There will be no update. GoPro closed their public API interface after the Hero 7 so that's the end of it. Honestly, you aren't missing much. The control from your phone is much, much better.
