Ballast differences between 2005 SV211 and 2006 and later SV 211

Does anyone know the differences in the factory ballast set ups between 2005 and the later models? I noticed the Wakemaker website shows bag add on kits for the 2006 and later boats but nothing for 2005 and earlier.

I’m pretty sure the reason for this is because in 06 is when Nautique started using reversible ballast pumps. Earlier years were not and you couldn’t piggy back extra bags. Again not 100 percent sure

There does seem to be some difference, based on the Nautique Model Specifications - Broken Down By Year. Not sure what the differences are exactly. Looks like the earlier boats actually had a little bit more ballast.

I ordered the Tankbuster kit for port and starboard for my 2005 SV211. Kits were super easy to install, came with everything I needed. Removed the hard tanks. My keypad still operates the pumps, only thing that doesn't work is the ballast gauges.

That makes sense…. Mine has the aerator pumps and the live well valves after the through hull valves. I think all the newer boats have the reversible self priming pumps and probably don’t need the extra valves. I am considering changing to these newer types of pumps, I’m tired of using the through hull valves and having to drive the boat to get the pumps to prime.
