    Mine had 250hrs but I attribute the failure to the fact that the fake-a-lake had partially slipped off last time I changed the oil causing the engine to be starved of water. It didn't run dry but it was pretty close.

    You might want to check with Clubmyke, he is working on an improved version to go all the way across the back or at least match up with the back support. It will require a new base pad. If you get together with him it might save both of you on upholstery.

      Had the same thing happen on my old boat. Is there a better way to start boat out of the water than a "Fake a Lake".
