First, the boat is insane! Second, it needs gas and we can’t get fuel in it at a greater rate than 1gpm…that means it takes us an hour to fuel the fricken thing. We have done it three times and tried everything. We are in AZ and its 115 today. Was told that because of the heat, the pressure in the tank is greater than the weight of the fuel and thus the emissions flap/vent will not open. Our pumps are wide open here so its not an issue with the pumps at the marina. Anybody else had this issue?

It has to be a kink in the vent hose line. I used a giant ZIP tie and looped it through itself to create a giant loop at the top so it could not go down into the tank. I put the zip tie long end on the opposite side fill so that it could go past the flapper….the boat filled fine. Simple fix, but shouldn’t have to do that….
