I noticed that my Port (Red) navigation light isn't turning on last night. The docking lights still work, does anyone know if you can replace the navigation light or do you need to replace the entire light bar? Seems odd that this would stop working on a 3yr old boat. Would this fall to a warranty item (ideally I'd rather just fix it and avoid the hassle of the dealer).

I've had the same (port) nav light go out on both my 2018 and 2020 G21s. In both cases there was heavy condensation in the unit. The nav light and docking light are a single sealed unit. Will be covered by warranty, in both cases my dealer just sent me the replacement and I installed. 5-minute job.

You're welcome. Just 2 Phillips screws and a wiring quick-connect. Just don't drop the boat side portion of the wiring down into the hull!

Old thread but updating it as i have had multiple port side nav light failures (all port side & nav light only) just this year. 2019 G23.
Failed 4 times and have had the assembly 3 times in 9 months (light started working a week later after the 3rd instance when it failed - just as the dealer was coming to replace it. ended up being out again the next time i tried to use it)
My lights have seen 0 to less that 2 hours total run time on them when they fail - it is typically on the 1st time I need to use my lights after replacement that i notice they fail)
Have checked wiring on the past failure and it seemed undamaged. Additionally, i have swapped the light assemblies and the issue followed the light assembly, not the wiring side.Comment
