Fiddly repair questions Ski Nautique 1995

I hope someone can point me in the right direction for a few needed fixes on my boat- the center dash cooler lid hinge is loose on one side, is this bolted in or screwed in? i was going to get an offset screwdriver to tighten... are there better fixes?

i also am trying to replace the fuel cap (one with chain) but i get the feeling i will need to take the whole rear boat apart to remove th fuel filler tube to unbolt old broken one and connect the new one...

Can’t help on the lid question, but for the gas cap - you can get a small Phillips head screwdriver where the tip is 90 degrees from the handle. The trick is to remove it without letting it fall into the tank as it comes out.

i will try to unscrew the old chain holder inside the fuel filler... hopefully there won't be a nut on the other side of it

successfully removed the old part in the fuel filler and replaced with new chain/cap. I was also able to screw down the lid using a ratchet and phillips bit... thanks for the advice
