2006 SANTE 210 - Engine Loosing Power

I have a 2006 SANTE 210 that loses power at different times.

1. When going over a bigger than average wave, the engine drops to an idle and will not increase speed. You have to shut the engine off and then restart. Works fine after the restart.
2. When cruising or towing, after about 45 minutes, the engine starts to slow and then drops to an idle. Shut the engine off and then restart it works fine.

I have replaced the low and high-pressure fuel pump and harnesses. I replaced the wiring harness in the FCC, and the Low-pressure fuel pump cleaned the tank and added fresh fuel. Non-ethanol.

I am wondering if the Perfect Pass could be causing the issue. It is turned off, but a beeping typically occurs right before this happens, and it sounds like the PP beep.

Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Disconnect the battery and remove the kick plate at the driver feet. Check that the main power feeds coming in to the board are secure. My 2006 did this on the large wakes (there's another post on this) and the wiring was loose. Mine also beeped when it happened. The engine would be running but throttle was dead when it happened.

Have you changed the fuel filter?

I will give this a try. Later this week, while we were out, I was running low on fuel, (Tach display lite up red and displayed low fuel and constant beeping) the beeping was the same that I heard when we went over the huge wake and it reduced power to an idea.

Have you changed the fuel filter?

I have changed the filter on the low pressure fuel pump and the fuel filter in the FCC. No change.

Anyone know how how the fuel pickup is set up inside the tank?

The “alarm” is the same for anything that goes wrong. I believe it's also the same sound for when you begin to start the boat (which is what I think is happening to you).
