Hi guys. Newbie here . . My 2018 GS22 sometimes acts funny. It turns over but doesnt cranck to start. Doesn't always happen which makes the diag by dealer harder! In neutral, killswitch good, etc. Without me doing anything it takes 10 or 15 mins to start with one crank. Wonder if there is a sequencing or a prime issue? Any help or advice is appreciated as I can't replicate the problem at the marina!!

Thank you kylant. That might well be the culprit. I'm taking her to the dealer tomorrow and will ask them check that.

Please tell me that 10 to 15 minutes cranking is a typo…10 to 15 seconds, correct? Your starter would be melted down long before.
I'm betting on the throttle control neutral lock out switch.

When it doesn't start there is no cranking at all. So I have to keep trying the start button every like 30 seconds for 10-15 minutes till it starts with one crank. Took her to the dealer today and it worked perfect no matter how many times they tried to replicate the issue. Another thing is when it doesn't crank the engine circuit light is not on and the gas shows 0%. But they said only wiring can cause that and it either works or doesn't! Can't be intermittent . .

Had similar and that was the part I had replaced under warranty. I think its get worse over time I'd insist on getting it fixed. There has been other posts on here of people having the same issue.

A bad neutral safety switch will not let the engine crank, you will hear the fuel pump prime, but that’s it. If it’s trying to turn over but won’t start, that’s a different issue. The safety lanyard kills the power to the fuel pump if it’s pulled or loose, so that is more likely if it cranks but won’t fire.2018 Ski Nautique 200 TE, H6

Your problem is almost certainly what gonefishin5555 suggested. It's been a common problem on these boats and it is typically intermittent. You need to get the dealer to replace the Throttle Base Assembly. Otherwise, you're going to end up having to replace it after the warranty expires on you own dime....
