"New" 200 Throttle/Shifter Ticking

I have a 2019 200. Yesterday, the throttle/shifter started ticking any time the boat is in gear (forward or reverse). The ticking does not increase in pace when RPMs change. The ticking is coming from behind the shifter and you can slightly feel the ticking in that side panel.

Any ideas what this could be?
