Charging Battery Question

I have two deep cycle batteries in my boat along with a battery switch (on/off type set-up). I am not putting the boat away for the winter yet, but I wanted to start putting a charge on the batteries every time I put the boat back into the garage.

So, does it matter which battery that I connect the charge cables? Do I need only one charger for both batteries (due to the fact that they piggyback off eachother)?

u should be fine hooking up to either battery as long as u have a typical dual battery setup
