    2019 G21 Not Cranking

First time posting here, have a new to me 2019 G21 and have had it out a couple times so far. This weekend when trying to start it, nothing happens. Both lights on the keypad, nothing happens when i hit start. I also do not hear the fuel pump initialize when the second light turns on with the second start button push.

Boat eventually starts after waiting and screwing around with it. When it does work, i hear the fuel pump also initialize with the second start button push. So it seems like a safety interrupt or something going on.

I don't see a neutral safety switch on this drive by wire transmission but it acts like its something of that sort. When the boat is running it has no issues with going into neutral so I don't think its the throttle lever/position sensor, etc. Anyone have any ideas?

If your boat is shift by wire, then your issue is most likely the neutral safety portion of your Throttle Base Assembly.

The Throttle Base Assembly is made by Livorsi Marine and they can repair the Throttle Base Assembly, but last I heard it was taking people a long time to get it done. If your boat is under warranty or if you want it fixed soon, you should get it checked and replaced if this is the issue. It's been a pretty common problem with the newer Nautiques that have shift by wire.

Also, word on the street is the latest Throttle Base Assembly has a more reliable and robust neutral safety sensor.

Welcome to the club! FYI - my dealer proactively replaced my throttle base assembly under warranty over the winter without even brining it up to me, so this is definitely a known problem. Hopefully your dealer will be able to knock it out quickly.
