    SN 206 Weed Strainer Setup

My 2006 SN doesn't have a weed strainer fitted and after just pulling a lot of crap out of the trans cooler I think I better get one installed. Can anyone share pictures of how the factory setup looks and any other details on brackets, strainer size and fittings would be great. They look like Shurflo but I am not sure what size is required.

    Thanks in advance

I'll try to take some pictures of mine over the weekend.

Here are the strainer options listed on Nautiqueparts.com https://www.nautiqueparts.com/produc...strainer-1-14/

Pretty sure you just size them to the current diameter of your cold water pickup line.

2004 206 Air Nautique Limited - Black with Vapor Blue (family style)
1997 Masters Edition Nautique - Zephyr Green - gone (amazing ski wake)
1982 Mastercraft Powerslot - gone (a primitive but wonderful beast)

Hard to believe it came without a strainer! I'm in awe of some of the crap I've found in my strainer this summer.

Here is my setup for my 206. I added the Perko flush, but the routing of everything is factory.
