I'm having a problem blowing a 20amp minifuse for my fuelpump in my 02 Super Air. I have been tracing the wires and so far come up with nothing, except that it's a red wire coming from a relay labeled 30D and goes deep in the harness. I would like to just find where it goes and run another wire. I was wondering if anybody here might have a wiring diagram for the PCM Excalibur? Or if anybody has had this problem before? I just emailed Pleasure Craft for help. So, I'm hoping they might have something. If not hoping someone here can help.

I found the links for the wire diagrams. I don't think it's it or I'm totally screwed. Somebody please help. It's also for a 02, didn't see one for it -
dude, doesnt yr boat come with a 5 yr warranty?either way, i hope PCM can assist.Its a bummer when electrical gremlins appear on yr boat. My 2003 SANTE with 600hrs has had no issues aside from the fuel pump relays( twice),oil pressure switch(twice also) and both inside and external fuel pumps( once).Good luck in solving yr problemsComment

Got it fixed. After all the wires I have followed, it ended up being the main harness plug under the oil filter. It had some corrosion. Wire brush, and alot of time retaping the harness. I feel alot better now. And if anybody has this problem, start there, not where I startedComment

Wrong, the engine ran for about a min and it blew again. Back to square one. Anybody have any ideas?Comment

Anybody know if the fuel pump fuse should be constant hot? Anyone with an excalibur engine, if you read this please try taking a test light to your fuse and let me know. Would very much appreciate it.Comment

Finally paid someone to check this out. Come to find out there are two fuel pumps. The low pressure is drawing all the amps. If anybody ever has this problem check them first. I feel like an idiot, but good to know.Comment
