I have a 2010 SAN 210 and recently this DTC2126 error code came up. Do I just need to simply replace the throttle position sensor? I have replace once with the ECM update about 2 years ago.

It would be unusual for a Throttle Control Position sensor to fail after only 2 years. So I'd want to do a little more diagnostics before replacing it. It could be a connector or wiring harness issue between the TCP and the ECU. But I guess it depends on how much you care about spending $280 dollars on a new TCP if the issue turns out to be a harness or connector issue.
How consistently are you getting the error message? Have you tested the TCP with a meter to see if you're getting unusual readings from either of the two potentiometers as you move it through it's travel. Next I would check the positive and negative reference voltages applied to each ends of the pots at the TCP. They should stay completely stable the whole time. If you have DIACOM you can watch the FPP1 and FPP2 voltage readings from the ECM perspective and compare those to the voltage reading using a meter at the TCP. If you see unexpected voltages from both, then the TCP is bad. If you see unexpected voltages in DIACOM but not locally at the TCP, then there is a wiring / connector issue.
