'04 SAN 210 — lockers don't lock

I can't tell if my locks or key are faulty or if I'm just not smart enough to figure out how to use them, but none of the locks on my boat actually lock. I turn the key and nothing happens. Can anyone shed some light on how to use these? Or where to buy a replacement key if this one is stripped (my hypothesis)?

I don't really lock mine but don't recall any trick to it. I'd try mine for you, but I just realized my wife took our truck for the weekend, and the key is in there. It kind of looks like yours might be stripped. Nautique Parts has them.
