2008 super air 210. How to get at gauges?

2008 SAN 210. Have two dead gauges and i can get through the bottom but seems almost impossible to change the lower two gauges from bottom. Wondering if the dash comes apart from the top? It looks like it might be held together with velcro but not sure . I dont want to start yanking on it without knowing. Looks like 4 plastic wing nuts on bottom of gauge cluster and 2 screws on top. Want to take it apart without ruining anything,
