Awareness camera won’t pop up

My awareness camera won’t power up for normal operation. (‘22 paragon). It will power up when the running lights are turned on. If I turn the lights off it powers back down. The camera works all the time, it just gives me a shot of the tow point.

I have checked all breakers are good, completed reboot, updated linc, all the same…

Is there a something simple I am missing? Not gonna pull it back to the dealer for just this one small issue.

We just purchased a 2022 Paragon and have the same question! Did you ever figure it out?

There is a button on the underside of the tower, near the camera. Have you pressed that? That's to lower the camera so that the cover can be put on the boat. Maybe you're running it in the lowered position all the time. Just hit that little button.

It ended up being a relay that went bad.

Camera would go up when I turned the nav lights on, but not for camera mode.

There are two relays that will trigger it up. either for the camera use or for the anchor light, the camera side was bad.
