    2016 will not start

I have a 2106 Ski Nautique 200 with a H-6 Motor. It will not start. Just cranks over. The high pressure fuel pump is constantly running and it will not shut off when the fuel system is pressurized. Is it possible that the low pressure pump is not working? All the filters were changed about 50 hours ago. Where is the low pressure pump located and what is a good method to check the low pressure pump? You help and opinions will be greatly appreciated.

Best way to check any of the pumps is to measure the fuel pressure.

Low Pressure Pump should be 7-9 psi
High Pressure Pump should be 57-62 psi
Direct Injection Pump should be 580-2100 psi

You may have to add a temporary Tee to measure the low pressure pump. There is typically a schrader valve to measure the output of high pressure pump. You can only measure the pressure of the direct injection pump using Diacom.
