    Drains backed up

Just received a lot of rain and some water collected in the stern under the engine cover. There are drain holes there and hoses run from them to somewhere in the hull but I can't trace them. Not sure if the drains are clogged or what's going on but can't have water there in the winter obviously. I tried running the bilge pump with no luck. Any ideas on how to drain these? The tubes underneath go somewhere but can't figure out where... Click image for larger version

There's a blockage somewhere in the line and you'll just have to track it down. It hits a T there so try taking that apart and blowing through the lines until you find the one that won't budge. Most likely it's just a kink in the hose somewhere.

I have successfully cleared a blockage (was near the drain inlet) by just using a cart hanger and flushing... It was enough to break up a crap I guess. A portable compressed air tank with blow nozzle should also work...

Cool. Thanks. It drained slowly over-night and I did the blow technique to clear it out. Not sure where the water went but I was able to get it to drain.

        Cheers,
