2015 G23 rear storage hinge, loose bolts

Anyone know or have experience with how to tighten the screws under the seadeck for the rear storage compartments? One two of them the screws just screw and do not hold... longer ones?

I don't think longer screws will help and you run the risk of getting screws too long. I had that issue from the factory on a 2008--the screws pushed through the vinyl on the opposite side.

I believe those screws are going into a composite material like King Starboard or similar. You might try using plastic screw anchor plugs pushed into the hole. Or perhaps a stainless thread insert like Heli-coil?
