Remote Oil Filter

For a PCM zr6 390hp (2007)

The hoses that go from the bottom of the engine to the oil filter started leaking so I decided to change them. One hose connects at the bottom of the engine and one hose connects a little bit above, both on the starboard side. The hoses then connect to the oil filter on top of the engine on the port side. One to the peripheral holes in the filter and one to the central hole. The problem is I forgot which hose went where. Are there any clear instructions as to which oil connection at the bottom of the engine goes to which connection to the oil filter.

jkallen21 thanks for the manual. I found the same one but it doesn't feel clear enough. Does anyone have a PCM zr6 390 (2007) or similar model? I wish someone could have a look in their engine bay and confirm how the hoses are drawn.

I've had pretty good luck calling PCM (Pleasure Craft) and talking to the people there. The guy I talked to knew my engine very well (2006 ZR6). I know exactly what you're asking about and 'd look at mine for you but it's hours away.

Since I can't see what you're seeing and only see what's in the manual, it may not be this easy, but can't you just follow the longer hose that's mounted on the filter closest to the filter bracket and make sure it mounts on the bottom of that contraption on the other end? The other one goes into the side of it it looks like. Maybe in real life it's not exactly like that but it's drawn pretty distinctly.

jkallen21 the drawing in the manual is a bit too "general". The hoses are the exact same length IRL.
Contacting PCM directly sounds like a good alternative. Hopefully I'll get hold of the same guy you did.
