2014 G23 Flip seat step??

Looking to get a part number for the step that comes on the 2016-2017 models for the bench seat coming from the transom walkthrough area. I can get a picture and attach it if clarification is needed.

I also think that the upholstery is the same with this mod for the 2014. Can anyone confirm that please?

Next question, Does nautique use fast dry foam for their seats or would it be best to wrap them in plastic? There was some plastic on the foam but not all sealed up.
Would this not allow the seat to dry if it does have some plastic sheet in there?
