Broken RWP Part

I started hearings a clicking sound from engine and I thought it was the serpentine bell, so I ordered one, but yesterday this part suddenly broke (Pulley from RWP). Any ideas what could happened here. I removed impeller is good, serpentine belt was good too. 2015 ski Nautique pcm 343

Check the run-out on the raw water pump flange / shaft.

Possible the pully was or came loose which eventually stressed it to the point where it broke.
