Cracked Heater Core - 2018 G23

I am wondering if there is a direct replacement heater core that can be purchased at an auto parts store similar to what was suggested in this thread. Maybe this same heater core will work?

If not I am currently looking at purchasing this which I believe is a direct replacement, there are two options, with wrapper and without. Is there a reason to purchase the heater core with the wrapper?

It isn't that picky about the part, really. It's a simple, small heater core. More than anything, it needs to fit inside the housing and the ports need to exit the housing in the right place. Outside of that, just get something that fits.
