Well, that convinced me to throw another coat on yesterday. I think it was well worth it.

MN Ryan well, I put the snow blower away on Saturday and wouldn't ya know, we got a dusting of snow this morning. It'll be short lived, but crap.

JDC02SANTE Ugh. After 4 straight days in the 80s, I put my blower away late last week. Sunday, it was in the 30s, and we got 4 inches of snow! Grr! On the plus side, at least the lakes are opening up.

Wow, those welds ARE atrocious, quality control was at lunch when those went down the line.
Deck is looking sweet, for sure!

Finally got off my arse and took the brackets to our paint line. Powder Coat over E-Coat.

Probably should have turned the flash off for the picture.

Little test fit over the weekend. New SS screw are coming from Amazon and still have to clean up the mounting blocks on the boat.

Thought about seeing if we had Blue or Yellow Powder that would match my boat, but my colors are a bit faded and who the heck sees these brackets anyway.

Using some suggestions in this thread I refinished my swim platform a few weeks back using the Starbrite kit and a bristle brush. The cleaning step was crazy to see all the gunk it took off. Ended up applying 5 top coats I think since it kept soaking it in. Turned out awesome.

                          Very nice!

Mine still hasn't seen water, or even daylight (in a barn) since I did mine. Hopefully after vacation next week it makes its way to the lake.
