2009 sante 220 unused plugs

I have a 2009 sante 220 with the pcm 343. Can anyone help identify the plugs in this picture? Are they supposed to be unplugged? I think the larger plugs are for diagnostics? What about the smaller grey deutsch connector?

On my 409 PCM the orange is one over the CAN hookups. It is also picked up from other connections as well.

The flat 4-pin connector that has a cover is the diagnostics connector. Not sure about the others, I don't recall seeing them on my EX343, but I'm skiing tomorrow and I'll look.
