Help. No water out the back of the boat!

I just bought 2005 sv211. I had it inspected by a Nautique dealership before I purchased it. It passed everything according to them. I saw the maintenance records and the impeller had not been replaced for a few years, so I did that. Put on fake a lake to get it going and no water going out the back or the filter. Help, what am I doing wrong? I am new to v drives, so I must be missing something.

All the valves under the little hatch next to the V Drive are open.

you probably didnt get a good seal woth the fake a lake. its not a great system, and you have to gave really good water pressure

If you disconnected the hoses from the raw water pump, any chance you got them swapped? If you have a sea strainer, and if you removed the cover, make sure the sealing o-ring didn't fall off the cover and didn't make it back on for re-assembly.

This happened to me before. The fake-a-lake doesn't have enough pressure to prime 3ft of head to the impeller. I had to remove the intake hose and fill it mostly with water then it got going fine.
