How to access swim platform screws from inside the hull?

I have a problem with the lag screws on my swim platform being stripped out and I'm going to try and put on bolt and was wondering where I should start on trying to access the screws from inside the hull of the boat. I appreciate any help...

What year is your boat. On my 66 I had to remove the rear seat, gas tank and several other pieces. On my 2000 SN I just remove my rear seat and the tray it sits on. However. If the screws are stripped you may have some rot in the transom and thats a whole different story. Good luck
