So I'm finally getting around to de winterizing my boat and upon start up I noticed the starboard side manifold is weeping water ever so slightly against the block. I have order the gaskets and new bolts to fix, but does anyone have any tricks to remove the manifold bolts? Boat only has 200hrs, just really not looking forward to breaking bolts off in the block and having to drill/easy out all of them. Any words of advise would be welcomed!

Project Farm did a test on youtube of the best penetrating oils and Deep Creep came out on top from what I recall. I'd spray it every day for a week before trying. Then go with a breaker bar and see if you get any movement without a lot of force. Try tightening before loosening as well. If you don't have room for a breaker bar, use an impact wrench where you can control the torque (Milwaukee makes a great one).

Can you be a little bit more specific? Maybe a quick picture to show us where the leak is.
Is it against the block, or is it the exhaust riser elbow that comes off the top to the rubber manifold tubes?
But as far as tips, you could mix up some DIY Kroil (half ATF and half acetone) to keep spraying the bolts.
You could also run it on a hose to get it warmed up to heat before trying to break it loose + a big breaker bar.

So pre-soaking all the bolts with PB blaster, or Croyle, is a great idea. Getting it warm obviously a great thing to do also.
Probably not a bad idea if you break apart the risers to and put new gaskets under those.
And I would think for the manifold and riser bolts I would replace them with the highest grade you can get at your local ace.
And if you break the bolt, just call a local welding shop and they can come out and tack on a good size nut and back out the broken bolt for ~100 bucks usually.
