I was just testing my boat by starting it in the lake today and got this message. Auxiliary Temperature 1 is High - most severe level. I was running it on the trailer at idle watching for the thermostat to cycle. The temperature just passed 152 when the message popped up. My boat is a 2014 G21 with zr409. Can anyone offer any information and direction. Thanks

The code I beleive is indicating a fault condition with the exhaust manifold water temperature. There is a sensor in each exhaust manifold. May be a bad sensor or 101 other reasons. When you say you were running the boat on the trailer, we be assuming that the boat was in the water, sorry I had to ask.
There is another thread, different year & code, but still along the same lines as your issue, for reference:

Infared temperature gun showed up at my front door this week. I checked the temp of the dog, the cats, grandaughter, freezer, hot plate of dinner, lol. I am going to try to get some base lines of the engine at normal and under load this weekend. Just in case the red exclamation point shows up on my screen, I have something to reference towards actual or sensor. In my mind and paper it works out something like that anyways, maybe.

I found my problem. I’m not believing I’m saying this. I had a hose off I missed when recommissioning. It was at the transmission cooler. Guess that’s a good reason to check everything out before everyone is here. Thanks for your help.
