03 SANTE fuel pump not priming

Please help. I have a 2003 Super Air Nautique 210 with a PCM 330 Excalibur. I have been at this for over a week now and I am at the same spot I started. This is what I know for sure......

1) Starter is good.
2) Batteries have passed load test and connections are good.
3) Kill switch tests and works properly.
4) Toggle switch is new and working properly.
5) All breakers at foot of helm are testing good.
6) All keypad functions are working properly.
7) I am getting 12v from keypad to gateway box(this would explain all keypad functions working properly).
8) I took a tube of dielectric grease and went over every connection in the boat also inspecting the pins at the same time.

I also know...
1) Fuel pump does not prime.
2) When I press "START" from keypad I only hear a clicking at the relay.
3) Remote start connected directly to starter WILL turn engine over.

Does anyone know what the reading should be from the gateway box to the ECU??

So we've got no fuel pump prime and no crank when you press START, is that right?

This sounds dumb but have you checked the main engine breaker? I think it's located near the distributor cap but I can't recall. Big red button breaker, maybe 50-60amp or something. You'd just press it in to reset it.

Are you pressing the start button or are you holding it? I have to hold mine.
