How to Check Fuse: Bilge Pump Not Working

My Bilge Pump decided not to work on my first day in the water. I have a 2010 Nautique 21. I want to check the Bilge fuse but was unable to pull the fuse from the panel. Here is a photo of the panel. This seems like a simple thing but need help checking the fuse. Thank you!

Those a breakers, not fuses. Just push them to reset them.
